Offices are located in upper Manhattan off the 2/3 and B/C train.<br /><br />Kathy Kuo Home is seeking a highly motivated Senior level .Net Developer to grow with our onsite team and help us build, improve and provide innovative solutions to our e-commerce website utilizing C#, ASP.Net, MVC, JavaScript / JQuery, MySQL and Windows Server for our 3 digital platforms: www.kathykuohome.com, www.kathykuohome.com/blog, and our Interior Design business: designbar.com<br /><br />You are:<br />Obsessed with Design and development of database architecture that is elegant and consistent with coding standards. You have in depth knowledge of technological alternatives and business process requirements to recommend innovations that enhance and or provide a competitive advantage to our organization. You are a leader and are able to initiate strategic technical direction and guidance to team members on issues of critical importance to achieving business objectives.<br /><br />Top Reasons to Work with KKH:<br />Competitive Salary<br />Health, vacation benefits<br />Great location in relaxed environment<br />Stability with large growth potential<br /><br />Job Description:<br />You will be utilizing the .NET web stack including C#, ASP.Net MVC, JavaScript, Jquery and MySQL to develop and implement functionality and enhancements to our main website www.kathykuo.com, as well as our blog: www.kathykuohome.com/blog and our interior design site: www.designbar.com.<br /><br />You will work alongside our product development team and 5 other engineers to design and create functionality for the best user shopping experience. Strong knowledge and hands on experience in analysis, design and development of web services and web applications under the .NET framework. You have demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and understand prioritization. You have excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communications skills to interact with other team members that may not have a technical background and are more design focused. You are solutions driven and have desire to increase efficiency with consolidation of technical solutions while proactively prioritizing project that increase ROI and conversion rates.<br /><br />Skill Requirements:<br /><br />C# / .Net Development<br />ASP.Net web development experience<br />Windows Server<br />Javascript / Jquery<br />CSS<br />MySQL Server Databases<br />MVC Framework<br />Systems architecture and application<br />Additional Job Functions:<br /><br />Coordinate and manage development and communications with offshore development team<br />Manage development time frames and schedules<br />Work with UX designers on creating functionality considering UX / UI and conversion.<br />Manage all system integration (google shopping, bing, Amazon, Houzz,etc.)<br />Triage bugs and provide fixes.<br />Coordinate and provide support for marketing partners<br />Understand and support Adwords initiatives with 3rd party agency<br />Research and provide suggestions on latest trends in web development and SEO.<br />Required experience:<br />Web Development: 5 years<br />MUST BE BASED IN NYC or ATLANTA.<br /><br />We'd love to hear from you!
